Refund & Cancellation Policy

PlayCloudLabs plans and Learn bundles are digital: access starts the moment your payment succeeds. Please read this before you buy.

1. Cancellation

Plans and bundles are paid for once and never renew, so there is no subscription to cancel and you will never be charged again automatically. A plan’s access simply ends on the date shown in the header of the site; a bundle’s lasts for as long as we run its library.

2. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not refund a plan or a bundle once access has started — including for a change of mind, for time left unused, or for not passing an exam.

We will refund the full amount of a payment in two cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You paid, but your access never started, and we could not fix it within 7 days of you telling us.

3. How to ask

Email artflowindia@gmail.com within 30 days of the payment, from the address on your account, with the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days.

4. How refunds are paid

An approved refund goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay. It usually reaches you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

5. Failed payments

If money left your account but the payment failed, you have not bought anything — Razorpay and your bank reverse it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If it has not come back after that, write to us with the payment ID and we will chase it.
